ERF Cleaners provides residential and vacation rental cleaning services in the Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Beaufort, and surrounding Lowcountry areas of South Carolina. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Standard home cleaning
Deep cleaning
Move-in and move-out cleaning
Airbnb and vacation rental turnover cleaning

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted based on:

Actual size and condition of the property
Additional services requested
Extra time required due to excessive clutter or cleaning needs
Special circumstances not disclosed at the time of booking

We will communicate any pricing adjustments before beginning work whenever possible. Recurring service customers receive the same rate unless conditions significantly change.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, or by email. By booking a service, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your property
Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
Secure pets during the cleaning appointment
Inform us of any security systems or access codes needed

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply
No-show or lockout: Full service fee may be charged

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept:

Credit and debit cards
Cash
Electronic payment methods

For recurring services, payment is due on the day of each cleaning unless otherwise agreed.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge.

7. Liability and Insurance

ERF Cleaners is fully insured. However, our liability is limited as follows:

We are not responsible for damage to items of extraordinary value unless disclosed prior to service
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items that are improperly secured
Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service

Please secure or remove valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before our arrival.

8. Access to Your Home

You are responsible for providing access to your property. If we are unable to enter your home at the scheduled time due to lockout, security system issues, or other access problems, a trip charge may apply.

9. Use of Website

When using our website, you agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site
Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
Submit false or misleading information

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERF Cleaners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Beaufort County, South Carolina.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
